Group Exercise Classes

We offer group exercise classes led by our experienced coaches.  Each class is unique and will challenge you to push your limits.   See below for session dates and times to register.


Are you looking to improve your strength, lean muscle mass, or just feel better about yourself?  RYZE's Women's Strength Class has everything you need.  You can expect a total body workout with strength training and cardiovascular components mixed in.  This class is available for all levels of strength: beginner, intermediate, or advanced, as we will tailor the weights to your needs.  

Tuesdays 6:00-7:00am

Fridays 6:00-7:00am

The Circuit is a High Intensity Interval Training class that will challenge and push you harder than you ever thought you could. Participants will have the task of completing several different workout stations, while getting a short breather in between each one. It's fast's's what you need!

Saturdays 8:00-9:00am
