ADULT STRENGTH CLASSES
RYZE Adult Strength Classes will focus on different movements each day. You will be guided through 45-50 min of strength training, followed by 10-15 min of conditioning and cool down. Throughout the course of the small group strength training program, you will be guided through a structured plan that is designed to increase your strength, improve your cardiovascular health, and better your overall physical wellness. This class is for people of ALL fitness levels, from first time gym-goers to strength training veterans. Expect to be challenged and taught how to train properly, all while creating new relationships along the way!
Each class is limited to 8 participants. You MUST register on-line.
