THE TEST CLASS
The TEST is designed to test you physically, emotionally, and spiritually. You will be challenged with full body movements that will get your heart rate up, have you sweating, and teach you how to summon your strength while fatigued. Variations of training styles will be utilized, such as interval training, tabata, straight timed sets, target rep completions, and more. You will leave this class feeling powerful and more accomplished, as you will be encouraged to RYZE past your self-perceived limitations by both the coach and your fellow class comrades. Get ready to be pushed, have fun, and feel better than how you walked in!
