Group Exercise Classes

THE CIRCUIT CLASS

The Circuit is a High Intensity Interval Training class that will challenge and push you harder than you ever thought you could. Participants will have the task of completing several different workout stations, while getting a short breather in between each one. It's fast paced...it's intense...it's what you need!

Saturdays 8:00-9:00am

**Limited to 8 participants.  You MUST book online.
