Strength & Agility Classes

Strength & Agility Class:

Strength and Agility, will be a mix of intro to strength training and speed/agility work.

The intro to strength training portion will heavily focus on technique and form, not as much load bearing.  

Mondays & Wednesdays

3rd-8th Grade Boys & Girls

6:00pm - 7:00pm

Tuesdays & Thursdays

3rd-8th Grade Boys & Girls

5:00pm - 6:00pm
